What mattress sizes are available?

Our mattresses are available in Single, Super Single, Queen and King. Selected products may also be available in custom sizes.
Are your mattresses made in Malaysia?

Yes. Every Sleepland mattress is proudly manufactured in Malaysia using carefully selected materials and strict quality standards.
What is the difference between Pocket Spring and Bonnell Spring?

Pocket Spring mattresses feature individually wrapped springs that respond independently to your body's movement, reducing partner disturbance.

Bonnell Spring mattresses use an interconnected spring system that provides firm, consistent support and long-lasting durability.
Are Sleepland Mattress' mattresses suitable for all sleeping positions?

Yes. Whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach, we offer mattresses designed to provide balanced support and comfort for different sleeping styles.
Do your mattresses have a weight limit?

Our mattresses are built to accommodate normal daily use and are designed with durable materials suitable for most individuals and couples.
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?

Yes. Selected mattresses are covered by either a 5-Year or 10-Year Limited Warranty, depending on the model purchased.
Which products are covered by the 5-Year and 10-Year warranty?

The warranty applies to selected:

  • Pocket Spring Mattresses
  • Bonnell Spring Mattresses
  • Rebond Foam Mattresses

Please refer to each product page for the specific warranty period.
What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Broken spring systems
  • Abnormal body impressions (within warranty terms)
  • Structural defects caused during manufacturing

It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, stains, or damage caused by improper handling
Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Malaysia.

Shipping coverage and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within:

  • West Malaysia: 3–7 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days (where applicable)
Can I return my mattress?

Due to hygiene reasons, opened mattresses generally cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
What should I do if my mattress arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos and videos of the damage.

Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I use my mattress immediately after unboxing?

Yes.

For vacuum-packed mattresses, we recommend allowing 24–48 hours for the mattress to regain its full shape and comfort.
